Engineer the energy transition

We build serious engineering for complex energy — hardware to cloud, models to markets. If you already speak energy and want your work in the field, not just the slide deck, we should talk.

Energy DNA, real impact

Domain depth

You'll speak energy

We don't train people on how the grid, markets and assets actually work — our team already lives there. You'll work alongside people who do too.

Full stack

End to end

Hardware, firmware, data and software in one team. You'll see your work from the sensor in the field to the decision it drives.

Ships

Real-world, not theoretical

We build what matters and ship it. Devices run unattended for years; systems run in production. Your work has consequences.

Flexible

Limerick, Houston & remote

Hubs in Ireland and Texas, with remote and hybrid working. We hire for capability, wherever you are.

Live openings

Loading our current open roles from HRLocker… If they don't appear, get in touch and we'll point you to the right one.

Roles are fed live from our recruitment system (HRLocker). Don't see the right fit? We're always glad to hear from strong energy engineers — introduce yourself.

A straightforward process

  1. Apply — send your CV and a short note on what you've built. Every application goes into our recruitment system and is reviewed by a real person.
  2. Intro call — a relaxed conversation about your experience, what you're looking for, and what we're working on.
  3. Technical conversation — a deeper dive with engineers, focused on how you think and what you've actually shipped — not trick questions.
  4. Meet the team & offer — meet the people you'd work with, ask us anything, and if it's a fit on both sides, we'll make an offer.

Full Stack Energy (ResourceKraft Ltd.) is an equal-opportunity employer. We welcome applicants of every background and are committed to an inclusive, accessible hiring process — let us know if you need any accommodation.
