Full Stack Energy — the Limerick energy-tech firm formerly known as ResourceKraft — has relaunched under a single name, bringing its engineering across the UK, Ireland, the US and Europe together with a growing focus on applied AI for energy assets. The same team, the same legal entity, and continuity of service for every customer.

LIMERICK, IRELAND — 1 October 2026 — Full Stack Energy, the Limerick-based energy technology and engineering firm formerly known as ResourceKraft, today relaunched under a single name. It brings the company’s engineering together with a growing focus on applied AI for energy assets. Full Stack Energy has been the name behind its complex energy projects since 2011 and is now adopted across the whole business.

That AI analytics work builds on engineering that crosses hardware, data and markets at once: optimising battery storage and renewable assets to capture value in live energy markets, designing custom hardware and field electronics, and building the mathematical models and software that run it all in production. The company’s projects span biogas dispatch optimisation in Germany, grid-scale battery and PV control in the UK, and EV charging economics in the US.

In the US, the company works from an office in Houston, Texas, alongside local partners.

Its Advisor energy management platform remains a core product, used by organisations across Ireland, the UK and beyond to monitor and cut their energy costs.

The company has more than 20 engineers and over 300 sites monitored and optimised, and holds ISO/IEC 27001 certification for information security.

Bringing everything under one name is about focus: our engineering and our Advisor platform now pull in one direction, as Full Stack Energy. What excites me is the AI underneath it, finding the things nobody is looking for in a customer’s energy assets.

Liam Relihan, CEO and CTO, Full Stack Energy

In recent work for a global industrial operator, that approach examined two identical compressors and found one of them running at heavy load straight through idle weekends — behaving quite differently from what the operator believed. The waste ran to somewhere in the region of 1,500 to 2,000 kWh a week: the kind of operational blind spot that consumption data alone never reveals.

The company says the change is a consolidation of name rather than of ownership or structure — the same team, the same legal entity, and continuity of service for every customer. Alongside its engineering and project work, Advisor platform customers will see a refreshed interface and a programme of improvements over the months ahead.
