Full Stack Energy partnered with our client, an energy efficiency solutions provider to revolutionise energy monitoring in commercial and industrial settings. Traditional energy measurement systems using current transformers (CT) required extensive installation by certified electricians, often resulting in costly inefficiencies and inaccuracies. Recognising these challenges, Full Stack Energy innovated a robust, IoT-enabled Lighting Logger, significantly streamlining energy monitoring and enhancing operational accuracy.
  • Financial Constraints: Existing alternatives lacked essential features or were cost prohibitive. The objective was to deliver a high-quality product competitively priced at $20 per unit.
  • Complex Installation: Traditional systems required expert electricians, increasing installation complexity and cost
  • Technical Hurdles & Hardware Reliability: Achieving extended battery life and reliable signal range in a compact, durable design was essential.

Compact design (50mm x 50mm x 15mm) featuring magnetic mounts for ease of installation. Achieved a remarkable transmission range of up to 1,000 feet, supplemented with external antenna options.
  • Advanced Software Development: Developed robust back-office admin tools and intuitive mobile field tools incorporating QR and NFC technologies for effortless deployment. Implemented reliable real-time data logging and cyclic redundancy checks to ensure data integrity.
